As a self-made entrepreneur alongside her legal profession, Dr. Paddy and her husband, the founder of iHome Systems Asia, sold a majority stake in their building technology company at a valuation of 160 million Baht, and later sold a minority equity stake in their co-founded company AppySphere for a valuation at 40 million Baht to a Thai luxury property developer. Dr. Paddy’s latest venture is a real estate investment company that owns three buildings with a total of 40 student apartment units in Bordeaux, France, total portfolio valuation at 200 million Baht.
